Spiritual wellbeing doesn’t mean you have to practice a certain religion to have peace of mind. It’s about taking time out to really figure out who you are, what you want in life, how to be grateful about life’s blessings, how to relax, and how to be happy. This is a very important section and is often overlooked when we talk about health and nutrition.

can you suggest some music i can use when i do yoga and meditation?
How can I stay focussed when I meditate? My mind tends to wonder. Am I doing it right?
In response to the first question- I like to use music that has environmental sounds. For example, ocean waves or rain falling is very soothing for me. It is important to use music that is relaxing but any music that you like is what you should use.
In response the the second question. Staying focussed is something that you learn and develop. Be kind to yourself and try your best to keep your mind on one thought. I sometimes use a personal place, somewhere when you felt relaxed and happy. It could be a sunny day in your backyard or a place that you have travelled to. Just try to remember that scene and use the image in your mind to keep focussed. Remember that if you practice you will get better at it. Meditation is thought to be like mind exercise…do you agree?
